Sun Star Buffet - Delight in Fresh, Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Phoenix

The food here was surprisingly good! Way better than another bigger, "nicer" buffet I went to recently. Good selection. And all you can drink horchata! It was very busy but good.

The food is really good! I know many people say it's not good but trust me it is, better than someone of the larger buffets out there. Although I can get crowded at times it's always a good atmosphere to eat. They have many options. The cashier staff are always friendly and welcoming. I come here when I really want to eat some Asian food.

Food looks all fresh, picked from selection available to take home. Checkout was fast and it wasn't crowded at all

I only tried the noodles & chicken with broccoli. It isn't terrible food however it's not the best. I would have to go back and try other foods. It's a rather small place I imagine it will get overwhelming on the weekends. They do keep it clean and the cashier does a great job at getting you checked out. You're able to get a to go box and are charged by weight.
